Just steps away is Taksim Square, the vibrant heart of the city, where modernity and history intertwine. A notable landmark here is the Taksim Mosque, a striking addition to the skyline that reflects the city’s diverse cultural and architectural heritage.

From Taksim, take a leisurely walk along İstiklal Avenue, Istanbul’s bustling pedestrian street, home to historic landmarks and lively cafés. Discover the Çiçek Pasajı (Flower Passage), an elegant arcade filled with charming restaurants and taverns, and explore the famous Balık Pazarı (Fish Market), where fresh seafood, colorful produce, and traditional delicacies fill the air with inviting aromas.

The Pera district unveils the rich, multicultural history of Istanbul as you explore its vibrant streets. Along the way, you'll encounter a variety of historic religious landmarks, including the Roman Catholic churches of Santa Maria and St. Antoine, the Greek Orthodox Haghia Triada, the Armenian Church, as well as numerous synagogues and mosques. At the far end of İstiklal Avenue, the majestic Galata Tower rises, one of the oldest towers in the world, offering panoramic views of the city’s stunning skyline.

Stop by a stylish café in Karaköy to enjoy a rich cup of Turkish coffee, then take a short walk across the historic Galata Bridge. As you cross, feel the mesmerizing contrast of East and West—the modern metropolis on one side and the timeless beauty of the old city on the other, adorned with palaces and grand mosques.

From here, journey into the heart of Sultanahmet, where Istanbul’s illustrious past comes to life.

Stroll through serene gardens and charming alleyways, leading you to some of the city's most breathtaking landmarks. Just a short walk away, the Blue Mosque awaits with its striking six minarets and mesmerizing İznik tilework.

Descend beneath the city streets to the enchanting Basilica Cistern, a 6th-century underground reservoir shrouded in mystery. Admire its towering columns, atmospheric lighting, and the intriguing Medusa heads that add an element of legend to this subterranean marvel.

No trip to Istanbul is complete without getting lost in the legendary Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world.
